RiverArtsFest is a celebration of fine arts and fine local music with live artist demonstrations and hands-on art activities for all ages! More than 150 artists from around the country and right here in Memphis gather to exhibit and sell their latest works of original fine arts in what’s become the largest juried artist market and urban festival in the Mid-South. Load in and Load Out: Friday all day & Sunday evening.

Memphis Crisis Center - Elder Lifeline Telephone Worker

Responsible and committed volunteers (18+) needed to staff Elder Hotline. We especially need volunteers able to work overnight shifts (11:00pm-7:30am) and morning shifts (7:30 am-1:00 pm). Other shifts also needed. Training provided. Volunteers are trained to handle all of our crisis line services, including Call4Kids, HIV Care Line, after-hours answering services for Rape Crisis Center, Center, National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, etc. Volunteers must make a minimum commitment of one recurring shift every other week.
