TimeOut- Superhero Me
Superhero Me is a multidisciplinary collective advocating for inclusion through the arts. The collectve runs a specialised training programme that equips volunteers with skills to work with special needs children and to facilitate inclusive experiences among children of diverse abilities.
TimeOut- Willing Hearts
Willing Hearts runs a soup kitchen that distributes approximately 11,000 meals to the elderly, disabled, poverty-stricken and marginalised in Singapore every day. You can imagine the amount of time and effort that takes. Lend a hand by signing up as a volunteer – after which you'll be assigned to help sort and prepare ingredients, cook the dishes, or carry out the deliveries. It's often difficult work, but well-worth the smile that you put on recipient's faces.
